Privacy

Last updated 26 October 2026. Applies to the Tavi Player app on Android, Fire TV and Windows, and to this website.

The short version: your logins stay on your device and nothing you watch is sent to us. Tavi has no account system, no analytics and no advertising. The longer version follows.

What the app stores, and where

Uninstalling the app deletes all of the above.

Who the app talks to

Tavi Plus (when it opens)

Buying Plus will need a way to recognise your devices. The plan is an email address and a licence record (which tier, how many devices, which devices are signed in) held on our server, and nothing else — not your provider details and not your viewing. This page will be updated with the specifics before Plus goes on sale. Purchases made through Google Play or the Microsoft Store are handled by those stores under their own terms.

This website

Children

Kids mode is a feature for parents to set up; the app does not collect anything from children or anyone else.

Your rights

Because the app keeps everything on your device, you are in control of it: open the app to see it, use Clear cache or uninstall to delete it. For anything you sent us by email, write to the same address and we'll delete or send you a copy of it. We're based in the United Kingdom and UK data-protection law applies.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the change is described in the app's release notes.
